What We Collect

On Deck collects the minimum data needed to provide competition schedule tracking:

• Account information — email address and display name when you create an account
• Team preferences — teams you follow and your home gym selection
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the app

How We Use Your Data

• Display your personalized competition schedule
• Send notifications about your followed teams (when enabled)
• Improve the app based on aggregated usage patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Authentication

Sign-in is handled by Supabase (our authentication provider) using email and password. Your password is securely hashed — we never store it in plain text.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error tracking. Both process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. We do not store payment information directly — future payment processing will be handled by Stripe.

Your Rights

You can:

• View and edit your profile information in the app
• Delete your account directly from the app (My Account > Delete My Account)
• Request a copy of your data

Children's Privacy

On Deck is intended for cheer competition parents and coaches. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
